By accessing and using TriggrWatch ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

As a user of TriggrWatch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when reporting incidents.
• Respect the privacy and safety of others in your community.
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Alert Accuracy & Liability

TriggrWatch is a community-driven platform. While we implement verification systems, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of every user-submitted alert. TriggrWatch shall not be liable for any actions taken based on the information provided on the platform. Users are encouraged to exercise judgment and verify information through official channels when possible.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• False or misleading emergency reports ("swatting").
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Spam, promotional content, or commercial solicitation.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
